• Account details: your name and phone number. We do not use passwords or PINs - login is via a one-time verification code (OTP) sent by SMS.
• Service booking details: your bike's details, service location, and any photos you attach to a booking.
• Shop details: saved addresses, saved vehicles, cart/wishlist contents, and order history.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay - we only receive a payment confirmation and reference ID, never your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Location: only when you provide it to select a service address, so we can confirm it's within our serviceable area.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process bookings and shop orders, communicate updates (via SMS/WhatsApp/email), provide customer support, and improve our Services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing Information

We share information only where necessary to provide the Services:

• Razorpay - to process shop payments securely.
• SMS/WhatsApp/email providers - to send booking and order updates, and for support.
• Service technicians - your name, phone number, and service address, so they can carry out your booking.

We do not share your data for third-party advertising.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including storing your login verification codes (OTPs) only in hashed (non-reversible) form and only for a few minutes until they expire or are used. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can view and update your profile, saved addresses, and saved vehicles at any time from your account. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
