These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BikeBros website and mobile-web app, including our bike servicing bookings and our online shop for parts and accessories (together, the "Services"), operated by Bike Bros Performance ("BikeBros", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You register and log in using your phone number and a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to you via SMS. You're responsible for keeping your phone number secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate contact and address details so we can reach you about bookings and orders.

2. Service Bookings

BikeBros offers doorstep/workshop bike servicing and repair bookings. Service bookings are currently available only within the Kozhikode district. We may reject or reschedule a booking if the selected location is outside our serviceable area, or if a technician is unavailable at the requested slot.

Final service pricing is confirmed by our technician at the time of inspection and may differ from any indicative estimate shown at booking. Payment for services is collected at the time of service unless stated otherwise. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancelling or rescheduling a booking.

3. Shop Orders

The BikeBros Shop sells genuine bike parts and accessories. Product listings, prices and stock availability may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified through our payment partner, Razorpay - we never store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves. Once placed, an order's status and estimated delivery can be tracked under "My Orders". See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for delivery and returns.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services - including submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the platform's security, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The BikeBros name, logo, and website content are the property of Bike Bros Performance and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BikeBros is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or third-party services we rely on (such as payment processing or courier partners). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
